Walter "Kaz" Kazmierczak

Managing Partner & Founder

Prior to founding Senscape Kaz spent 20 years in M&A and executing new media strategy at Fortune 100 businesses including Viacom, AOL-Time Warner, Pearson Plc, and Harcourt Brace. Kaz is also President & CEO of KMG/Inspectel, a strategic and financial advisory firm to Global 1000 media organizations. He did post-grad work at Wharton, Columbia, and Suffolk University after graduating from Yale (BA Economics.)

 

Gene "EJ" Fisch

Partner

EJ is an expert in international business and M&A. He's received numerous national accolades, including recognition by the President of the United States for his Masters Thesis on International Economic Regulation Reform, and a citation by CNN as one of the 1st businessmen to penetrate Mainland China and initiate strategic equity partnerships with the U.S. EJ's past includes stints with Paine Weber and ING Barings. EJ did his undergrad work (BS in Business Economics) at the State University of New York, has an MBA in International Business from Adelphi University, and then acknowledged the geek in him by getting a Masters of Engineering in Logistics from MIT.

Edward A. Terino

Ed is currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Novium Learning. From 2005 through 2008, he served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Arlington Tankers Ltd., an international seaborne transporter of crude oil and petroleum products, where he led the merger of Arlington with General Maritime Corporation. Ed has held Senior Financial Officer positions with several enterprise software companies including Art Technology Group, Inc., Applix, Inc., and Houghton Mifflin Company. He also serves as a Director of S1 Corporation, Phoenix Technologies Ltd., and Baltic Trading Limited. Ed holds a B.S. degree from Northeastern University and an MBA from Suffolk University.

 

Michael J. Mazzone, J.D.

Mr. Mazzone is a Partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP and is licensed to practice in both Texas and Massachusetts as well as in all of the federal courts in Texas, the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law and has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases in both state and federal court, and frequently represents energy companies. Mike received his undergraduate degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina, attended graduate school at the University of Michigan, and got his law degree in 1983 from Suffolk University Law School in Boston.

Charles B. Rockwood

Charles is Chief Financial Officer of GreenJets Incorporated, a marketing and logistics company in the private aviation sector. Charles has deep experience in a variety of sectors including consumer products manufacturing, consumer information, software development, financial services and publishing. He is also an investment banking consultant. His functional experience includes being CEO, COO, and CFO in a variety of settings including distressed, mature, and hyper-growth at companies such as Kesselring Holding Corporation, Ocwen Technology Xchange, Bank of America, and Harcourt Brace. He began his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. after getting his BSBA in Accounting from Suffolk University and is an inactive CPA.
